Alright, y’all, it’s time to dive into the drama that is Bel Air Season 3. In this episode, we’re breaking down episode number three, where things are getting tense between Will and Carlton, Vivian is on detective mode with Erika, and Lisa is gearing up to conquer the swimming nationals.

Will, Lisa, and Jackie: A Complicated Triangle

Let’s get one thing straight – the Jackie-Lisa-Will triangle that’s brewing has sparked some heated debates in my comment section. Some of y’all are comparing it to the Spencer-Layla-Olivia dynamic, but let me be clear – I’m not here for that comparison. I’m not a fan of Jackie, and I’m not planning on changing that anytime soon.

I’ve seen a lot of chatter about how Jackie is similar to Olivia, and I’m here to tell you – that’s a conversation I’m not interested in having. I don’t want to rehash the Spelivia drama on a whole new show, so if that’s the focus of the conversation, I’m tapping out. I’d much rather enjoy the other storylines – Will and his dad, Carlton’s recovery, Hillary and Jazz – without the distraction of a recycled love triangle.

Will and Carlton: The Dynamic Duo

Moving on to Will and Carlton, these two are trying to figure out how to market their new venture, Black Sis. They’re starting with their first iteration of merch and planning to take it to the car show to sell. They’re also committing to giving 20 to 30 percent of their proceeds to black businesses that need additional support, starting with Jazz’s Charlie’s Vinyl.

They even incorporate a bit of street racing into their storyline to raise funds for the business – a Fast and Furious moment, if you will. While it might not be the most believable plot twist, it was entertaining to see the banter and camaraderie between Will and Carlton.

Vivian and Phillip: A Marriage on the Rocks

Meanwhile, Vivian and Phillip’s marriage is hitting some rocky territory. Vivian confronts Erika about her suspicions, and Erika spills the beans – she and Phillip kissed. Now, I’m not advocating for Vivian to retaliate, but I do want her to realize that she has options. She’s not stuck with a man who can’t love her appropriately.

Jeffrey and Frederick: A Father-Son Conflict

Then we’ve got Jeffrey and his son, Frederick, who’s proving to be quite the handful. Frederick is engaging in some shady activities and seems to be hiding something from Jeffrey. It’s clear that Frederick is setting Jeffrey up for something, and it’s not going to be pretty.

Hillary, Jazz, and LaMarcus: A Love Triangle in the Making

And let’s not forget about Hillary, Jazz, and LaMarcus. Hillary’s decision to tell LaMarcus about her kiss with Jazz right before his scrimmage was a selfish move, and it’s clear that she’s struggling with her feelings for Jazz.
