We Finally Know Why Tia Mowry Left “The Game”
We have BET to THANK for Tia Mowry’s departure from the Series HIT! She left because BET decided to change her role from a series regular to a reoccurring character. How do you take the STAR from regular to a few episodes here and there???? I am not going to lie and say that I haven’t noticed the difference in the show since it was acquired by BET. I think for years I just wanted the show to survive that I ignored the flaws, lack of development and crazy storylines. I do remember telling my friends over and over again that at least the show is ON! I said that after it was reduced to 30mins, I said that when the show premiered with Tasha Mack smoking a Black and Mild, I said that after Malik and Jenna (which should have WORKED by the way)… I just constantly SAID THIS! When Tia announced that she would be leaving the show I was devastated. All I could thin about was myself and the millions of other fans that campaigned and fought for the shows return and now that I am able to watch Tia and Tamera’s reality show I can see how selfish that is. I assumed that Tia just woke up one day and decided that she didn’t want to do it anymore when that couldn’t be further from the truth. She did not give up on US, BET gave up on HER and I cannot figure out why!!! So that I can avoid this post becoming a rant I have decided that I will exit stage left with Tia because BET is making a HUGE and DISRESPECTFUL mistake! I’m sorry I love Lauren London like the next one but she will be no Melanie.
