It is great to see Maia Campbell out and about. She is currently positive and proud repping an amazing 2 years sober.She recently lost her mother Bebe Moore Campbell however she is not letting the loss derail her growth. That is an amazing feat considering how low she was just a few short years ago (We all remember the video). Maia fell from the spotlight shortly after her stint on, In the House, and fell into a vicious cycle of substance abuse however she stands today sober and moving forward to a music career. She still looks as beautiful as ever. We wish her the best! Hope to interview her when she releases a sign… GO GIRL!

I think many of you know that this is a very difficult time of year for me, so what I try to do is make sure that I’m working during this time. All I wanted to do was shoot a great film and try to keep my mind off the holiday grief that I have been experiencing for the past two years. I could not have imagined I’d be getting all these emails about Kim Kardashian. I HAVE SEEN THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD!! …LOL. Now, may I say something? Can a brother get a word in?….LOL. Y’all gave me a new movie title, Tyler Perry’s “Diary of a Mad Black Woman Cause You Hired Kim Kardashian, Don’t Make Me Take Off My Earrings and Boycott Yo A**.”…LOL. Some of my ladies are upset. Ok, all jokes aside, can I have my say? Will you at least here me out?

Well Brandy has found her self a lovely reoccurring role on 90210 this fall. She will transform into Marissa Jackson-Lewis, a young politician on 90210. Her character will be running for a California congress position against Teddy’s (a character on the show) uncle. Her character will be working closely with Silver (character on the show), whom will help her produce a video that will reach her younger demographics.
A source says,
“She’s a cross between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama,”
Brandy’s character sounds really promising and will hopefully be a good addition to the 90201 family. We’re excited to see what’s going to happen.
Although the season starts September 13, 2011 @ 9/8c, Brandy won’t be on the show until October.
Brandy has been working this past year! Her own reality show with her family, dancing with the stars, and she also had a few appearances on Drop Dead Diva.
Brandy, who earlier this year guest-starred in four episodes of Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva, is slated to make her 90210 debut in October.
What do you all think about this role? I wonder what kind of drama is going to go down. There is no such thing as no drama on 90210

All i can say is finally they are confirming what many of us already knew… I am happy for the both of them… they look great together and Monica seems like and awesome individual who deserves and awesome mate…. Now if only we can get Terrence J and Brandy to get it together all will be right with the world… ;0) No but really I like the idea of Terrence J and Brandy.
