My girl Franny over at The Frenzy Tv put me on to Cherlise who is signed to mega producer Rico Love’s Label.

Born and raised in the Carol City section of Miami, Cherlise developed her interest in music at a very early age, and quickly learned the influence her voice had on others. Cherlise finally got the break she had been waiting for when Fat Joe introduced her to multi-platinum songwriter/producer Rico Love. Love and Cherlise worked diligently over the next two years, and when Love closed his deal with Universal Motown for his Division1 imprint, he signed Cherlise. Cherlise cites her musical influences as Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Ce Ce Winans, Brandy, and Beyonce. Be on the look out for plenty of new music from Cherlise in 2012.
