ICB, which stands for Internation Concept Brand, is a Japanese label that was launched in 1995 with the company Onward Kashiyama and American designer Michael Kors. Since its launch, other notable designers such as Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren (aka Viktor & Rolf)  also designed for the label. But after 10 years of retail absence in America, ICB is back with the talented Prabal Gurung at the helm. Last week Barney’s New York celebrated Gurung’s collection with the label and attracted industry notables such as
