Our favorite 90s sitcom star and comedian Sinbad has filed for a second bankruptcy. According to reports from TMZ, David Adkins, aka Sinbad, filed for bankruptcy last month, owing a debt of $10,991,715, about $8.3 million of which are back taxes. Moreover, he owes $374,979 to American Express, $32,199 to Bank of America, and $2.3 million to the CA Franchise Tax Board. He also claims he earns about $16,000 a month and has only $131,000 worth of assets.

The 56-year-old comedian appeared on Oprah back in March and explained that his financial woes weren’t the result of an extravagant lifestyle. ”I didn’t buy Bentleys. I didn’t live large. I invested in me. I invested in a lot of other people. I would not change it; I would not go back,” Adkins said.

Adkins first filed for bankruptcy in 2009, but his case was dismissed because he failed to file the right documents. One year later, he appeared on “The Celebrity Apprentice” with Donald Trump.

House producer and singer Romanthony, has died, Billboard reports. He is best known for his collaboration with Daft Punk.

Born Anthony Moore, he reportedly died in his Austin, Texas home on May 7th. According to Spin, he succumbed to complications due to kidney disease. According to Chicago’s 5 Magazine, singer Daone Remmidy was the first to break the news of Romanthony’s death on Facebook a few days ago, writing “Our Music Industry has lost yet another pioneer and music legend, I am deeply saddened to Announce the Passing our my Label Owner, Producer, Manager, and Family. Our Beloved World Renowned DJ and Producer Romanthony has passed away.”

Romanthony’s sister Mellony Moore confirmed the news on Facebook, writing

 ”Thank u for your calls and prayers my brother was a musical genius.”

He will always be remembered for his unforgettable contribution on the Daft Punk hit “One More Time,” on their 2001 album “Discovery.” Romanthony’s vocals helped bring the song to life.  ”One More Time” was ranked No. 307 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time list, and ranked No. 33 on the magazine’s 100 Best Songs of the 2000s.

There is a lot to Scott Fitzgerald than you think. Let us take a peek at a few of his latest moments in Hollywood, shall we?

• The Great Gatsby (1949)- This was the first adaptation of Fitzgerald’s Gatsby, which premiered only a year after publication. Unfortunately, Herbert Brenon’s silent 1926 version is no longer available, but actor Alan Ladd plays the mysterious Gatsby. The gangster aspects of the story are more explicit here than in Fitzgerald’s novel.

• Beloved Infidel (1959)- Gregory Peck portrays Fitzgerald in this biopic about the author’s struggle with alcoholism throughout his later years. It is directed by Henry King, whom is also the man behind Tender Is The Night (1962). This film is probably the closest Hollywood has come to a Fitzgerald artisan. Peck battles with the drunk scenes as Fitzgerald attempts to revive his career as a Hollywood writer. All in all, this biopic will probably make you want to watch another Fitzgerald biopic!

• The Great Gatsby (1974)- Director Jay Clayton’s Great Gatsby turned out to be an inaccurate depiction of Fitzgerald’s classic. It is huge mess that left both critics and audiences disappointed. Even with a script written by Francis Ford Coppola and the handsome looks of Robert Redford couldn’t save it from less than satisfactory reviews!

• The Last Tycoon (1976)- Harold Pinter is a British dramatist that was hired to compose the screenplay for this adaptation. He did a great job, despite having to work from Fitzgerald’s incomplete 1941 novel. Dialogue was delivered by Robert De Niro and effective support from actors Tony Curtis and Robert Mitchum.

Zach Galifianakis is well-known for his obnoxious movie roles, but you don’t hear much about him outside of the limelight. Well, he is planning on arriving at a Hangover 3 premiere with the homeless woman that he saved. That’s right, Mr. Galifianakis is a savior! When the actor was jumpstarting his career in the 90s, he befriended a woman by the name of Elizabeth “Mimi” Haist, a woman whom volunteered at an L.A. Laundromat.

In 2011, Zach learned that his friend had fallen on very hard times and was even homeless. Like the hero that he is, Zach got her an apartment and starting bringing her to red carpet events. Haist, 87, told the New York Daily News that she loves the limelight and the parties. She also stated that she is getting ready to accompany Galifianakis to the Hangover 3 premiere. “I’m looking forward to it, I like the excitement of it,” Haist said.

Well done Zach, well done!

Judge Annette Karem said that “The victims are in serious danger.” The Canadian fan was remanded on bail and will stand trial in July for stalking and harassing Jennifer. Apparently, Han’s defense lawyer suggests that he is being treated unfairly due to Jennifer’s fame! The judge was so insulted that she stormed out of court. You can’t blame her!

Scary Movie 5 star Ashley Tisdale is also believed to have been in regular contact with the police since a super-fan started tweeting her on twitter since November 2012. The tweeter writes as though he has some type of relationship with the 27-year-old actress. One tweet reads: “My body is yours & even as friends I f***** love how I make u feel like mom maybe we both got issues cuz nobody’s perfect.” Another says: “I’ll never lose u baby even in 20 years til infinity you’ll always b my best friend.” – Freaky or what?

The suspected tweeter is said to have then shown up at Ashley’s home but it’s not clear whether he made contact. And the suspect has reportedly been identified and the police are looking to talk to him to determine whether he poses a serious risk to the star. - Lets hope not!

It just seems like every time a celebrity turns around, someone is trying to grasp his or her attention in some way! What ever happened to a simple picture, a hug or an autograph?

J.Cole announced on Monday that his sophomore album Born Sinner will now be coming out June 18th instead of its original date June 25th. This means that he will be in a head to head competition with Kanye West’s Yeezus for album sales. In an interview with The Juice, the Roc Nation star explained why he pushed the date up. Not only was Cole aware of the release date of Kanye’s new project, but as soon as the date was confirmed, he decided to move his date up. 

“Instantly the lightbulb [turned on]… it got real. I made one phone call to somebody that would know, just to make sure first. As soon as I got it confirmed, I was like, ‘Yo…’ The idea hit me instantly: ‘You got to go to that date,’” he said. “It’s a definite statement about how I feel about my album, which is confident”. Being as competitive as he is, Cole truly feels that he can compete with Mr. West. “I’m not going to sit [here]… I worked too hard to come a week later after Kanye West drops an amazing album. It’d be like, ‘Oh and J.Cole dropped too, a week later.’ Nah. I’m going to go see him on that date. He’s the greatest. So it’s like, I’m a competitor by nature so it was instant, it wasn’t even a thought,” the Fayetteville, North Carolina rapper continued. Cole did not fail to recognize Yeezy’s track record and mentioned that he is “expecting an incredible album from him”, but he confidently stated “I know what I have”.

Last Friday, EricaVain got a chance to talk with Bad Girl Flo about her upcoming role on Bad Girls All-Star Battle, her plans after the show, and what she has been up to. Flo is from the fourth season of Bad Girls Club. She also had a television special on her wedding called Flo Gets Married, which aired in 2011. Flo is known for her famous and sometimes brutal arguments and fights with her reality co-star Natalie Nunn. She is also remembered for her fight with Amber McWha, when she broke her ankle but continued to fight through the pain. The reality star is venturing out into new avenues away from the reality TV show that made her famous. Now that she is a mother certain aspects of life have changed—she now wants to be more involved with schools and bettering the community.

All-Star Battle will have the top pick bad girls from the past ten seasons of BGC. The girls on the show have to win challenges to be safe from elimination. That definitely does not mean that the drama will be lacking. There will be plenty emotions running on high during this show. Even with the changes in her demeanor since season four of BGC aired, Flo is still hyped about her role on Bad Girls Club All-Star Battles, which premiered May 21.

Are you excited for the All-Star Battle?

Of course! I’ve been sitting doing nothing for like three years. It was time to do something you know what I mean?

What made you want to do the All-Star Battle?

Like I said, I wasn’t doing anything. And I have so much talent… like you don’t understand. I can sing, dance, rap. I’m a fucking awesome rapper. I have so much talent that I couldn’t let it go to waste. I have something to offer the show… So I said, why the hell not? I’m a badass I can do it. (Laughs.)

How is your daughter doing?

She is great. She is the reason I’m doing this. It’s even better… because now that I’m doing the show she gets to spend more time with her father. He is stepping up to the plate and watching her.

How has being a mother changed you?

It has changed me a lot, like it would any other mom. Now I have someone looking up to me. I have a child to worry about so I don’t come on TV and show my p**** and all that stuff acting all crazy because I know she is watching me.

What would you say to the other bad girls that are moms?

They already know, you have to watch yourself. You can’t go acting crazy because you have someone watching you… Someone looking up to your every move you know? Stay focused on what you want.

How are you and Natalie Nunn doing?

We are doing absolutely fine right now. Everyone compares us to a f***** up marriage. You know what I mean? We break up and get back together again, break up and get back together… we’re like Chris Brown and Rihanna… No, we are Chris Brown in Rihanna because I’m always beating her up all the time. (Laughs) That’s f***** up to say but it’s the truth. We keep going back to each other. But now we have gotten to that point where we gotta stay business mature and be smart about what we do because we can make a lot of money together. And we don’t have to hate on each other… me and Natalie are the top chicks on the Bad Girls Club. Anybody who wants to deny that… that’s fine. You can deny whatever you want. But me and her are the Bad Girls Club. When people think of the Bad Girls Club they either think my name or Natalie’s you know what I’m saying? So, at the end of the day… I have to befriend someone who is going to help me make money and I’m going to help her make money. And people can be like, “you’re fake” or “you’re phony.” It’s called forgiving and forgetting b****…. get over it.

Is Natalie your favorite bad girl besides yourself?

No, she is not my favorite bad girl. I don’t have a favorite bad girl. If I had a favorite bad girl I definitely wouldn’t be able to pick one because they are all so different in so many ways. You know what I mean? Everyone’s got their own personalities, attitudes and outlooks on life. Natalie and me have the same outlook on life and that’s getting money, getting paid, and making an industry out of the Bad Girls Club that we turned into a fucking multimillion dollar franchise. You’re welcome is all I can say. You’re welcome motherf******.

What are your plans after the Bad Girl’s Club All-Star Battle?

My plans are, they go a little something like this. Everyone is going to be like, ‘Ohh you’re writing book… Oh it’s funny she’s writing a book.’ No, when I write a book you’re not going to be able to put down the book. I’m telling you right now. Every page is going to be like, ‘Oh aah! Oh my god! Oh ahh.’ You know what I’m saying? Keep it straight, I’m a bad girl and I’m writing about my life story. I’ll tell you, things in there… you’ll never hear anywhere else. But um… besides the book I got the music going on. I also have uh… my T-shirt line going on. I’m also looking for someone I could work with on the T-shirt line and stuff like that. Anybody out there you do T-shirts or anything like that let me know and we’ll uh… we’ll do it together. You know what I’m saying? Off the T-shirts, my music. Music. I’m doing some stuff right now, working on some stuff trying to get it out before the show airs. You know you got to milk it for everything its worth. (Laughs.) There’s more. There is obviously a lot more like I have Bad Girls Against Bullying Organization that’s up that I’m the founder, or whatever you want to call me…founder or CEO whatever. It’s the “Bad Girls Against Bullying.” The website will be up soon. Where people can donate money and all the money will go to when I visit these schools and talk to young girls about bullying and stuff like that. Get them T-shirts made. You know what I mean and-and-and… Pictures and sign autographs. So that these girls have something to look forward to. You know, there is a lot more coming up. You don’t even know. On May 22 you can catch me on Good Morning America with Ray J doing an interview. And uh, May 21 you can catch the Bad Girls Club All-Star Battle.

How is it working with Ray J?

Ray J is great. He is actually an amazing person. He is a good person. He isn’t what everybody thinks he is. Some a**hole celebrity who’s all like ‘I’m better than you’….no. He is a sweetheart. He’s easy to talk to. He looked out a lot for me while I was on the show. Whenever I would be crying or get upset he would pull me to the side and be like ‘Flo talk to me. Tell me what’s going on?’ He is very caring person. I think everybody would like him being on Bad Girls Club because better to do such thing when he’s fucked the baddest girl and made her famous? You know what I’m saying? He’s banged the s*** out of the baddest girl, who people consider the hottest chick. So, I mean… He [should] be on the Bad Girls Club, it made a lot of sense.

Anything else you want to tell us?

I just want everyone out there to listen to the words about to come out of my mouth. I love you guys. You guys that people call the fans, I don’t call you my fans, I call you my people. Cause you always got my back. I love you guys for everything you do and I hope you guys know that I am always here for you. And if I make it, I’m successful I will go around to everyone and help out as many people as I can. I will be the ghetto Mother Teresa. That is my AKA nickname. And I am a ghetto Mother Teresa and I will go around and take care of the suburbs, the ghetto, Jamaica, everything if I can! I love you guys. So keep supporting me. Since her BET late-night show was taken off the air last July, Mo’Nique has been putting in work at the gym. At the very beginning of her show, she announced her goal to achieve a slimmer physique.

“I want to get to 180,” she told her audience members, “That’s an amazing weight for me. I’m still a thick girl but it’s a healthy weight.”

In an interview with Hot 97, the Phat Girlz actress talked about why she decided shed the pounds.

“My family is the secret. I’m 45 years old and I have babies. I want to have the opportunity to know their babies. Going at the rate I was going, I was going to lose that opportunity. I would be neglectful to my family because of my self neglect,” she said

Having lost over 80 pounds, Mo’Nique is also determined to motivate other women to do the same via Twitter.

“I tweet my work outs every morning because I want women to see, you don’t have to let them cut you open. You don’t have to let them suck it out.  You don’t have to let them put a band around your organs.  All you have to do is put the work in and the weight comes off. I’m the best Mo’Nique I’ve ever been. And I still have a ways to go.”

It has been confirmed that Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland and Latin pop artist Paulina Rubio will be on the judges panel for the upcoming season of The X Factor. After the many rumors floating around last week, Fox finally confirmed Monday that Rowland and Rubio would indeed be joining the show.  Kelly Rowland was previously on the British version of The X Factor, while Paulina Rubio was once the judge on La Voz Kids and La Voz Mexico.  Simon Cowell, who is the fourth judge on the show, says that he is “excited to be on a panel with three other women.” Simon went on to say:

 ”Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel.”

Kelly Rowland stated that she is “very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell and The X Factor family. It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the States!”

The pair will be joining Simon and pop star Demi Lovato. Paulina and Kelly will be on the X-Factor’s third season on Fox, which begins this fall. The pair will be replacing last season’s judges Britney Spears and record producer Antonio “L.A.” Reid.
