Dwayne Wade faces more court drama with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, who has filed a lawsuit against the NBA star for a total of  $2 million in damages stemming from endorsement deals.

In the lawsuit filed in the Cook County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Funches-Wade alleged that Wade owes her money from his endorsement deals. According to a report by The Chicago Sun-Times,  Funches-Wade claims in the lawsuit that Wade is violating the terms of a 2008 agreement that requires his endorsement deals be fully deposited into a joint account.

Funches-Wade claims that she has been unable to pay her mortgage and insurance on her car due to the money not being deposited, though Wade is reportedly paying her $25k a month in spousal support.

The former couple was involved in a messy divorce and bitter custody that dragged on for years. Wade was granted a divorce in 2010 and was awarded sole custody of the couple’s two sons in 2011.

Last year, Funches-Wade was arrested on misdemeanor charges, which included attempted child abduction, unlawful visitation interference and resisting arrest. She failed to turn over her sons to their father on time for a Father’s Day visit.
