I know that Lala runs with the likes of Ciara, Kim Kardashian, Serena  Williams and Kelly Rowland but who knew that Monica Brown can be thrown into that mix. 1) Set a Goal: what do you want your hair to look like.

2) Get Regular Trims: light ‘dusting’ of the split ends.

3) Protect Your Hair: use heat protectant, split-end protector etc.

4) Adopt & Maintain a Healthy Diet: protein (build hair’s strength), complex carbs (assemble proteins for growth), iron (supply oxygen to the hair for growth), vitamins & minerals like biotin and folic acid (speed up the hair growth process).
