Baltimore rapper Smash was found dead in his home due to congestive heart failure, his family said. A vigil for the rapper is scheduled for Wednesday. 

Terrel Dishon Taylor, aka Smash, died at about 5:45 p.m. Friday in his Baltimore home, The Baltimore Sun reported. He was 31 years old.

Taylor’s aunt, Arlette Thomas-Fletcher, said he had a genetic heart condition. She did not know the medical term for it.
